Agency account terms — version 2026-10-25

Agency accounts require approval. Each person must use their own login. Agencies are responsible for the accuracy of passenger and journey details and for having permission to provide passenger contact information.

Our published transfer price is payable to us. Agencies receive no discount or commission. An agency may add a percentage markup to that published price; the percentage, published price and selling price are saved for each booking.

Payment collection

Payout costs

All bank, payment-provider and currency-conversion costs incurred when sending an agency payout are borne by the agency and deducted from its settlement. Statements show the gross settlement, actual transfer costs and net amount paid. Currency balances are kept separately.

Cancellations, refunds and reversed payments reduce markup earnings. If earnings were already settled, the adjustment is carried into the agency balance and future settlement. An account balance is an accounting record, not a payment account or stored-value wallet.

Our normal booking, payment, availability and cancellation rules continue to apply. Short-notice exceptions require prior approval. Approval of an agency does not grant administrator access or access to other agencies' customers.

Settlement records are entered by an administrator after an external transfer. This website does not send payouts automatically. Passenger-facing vouchers show the selling price and do not reveal the markup breakdown.
